Practical Pistol Intermediate
Overview-
This course begins with a short review of basic pistol skills and evaluation from a cold start. Proper knowledge of basic pistol hand skills is absolutely required. This course builds on the basic fundamental skills of Pistol 1 and Pistol 2 classes. We will cover the topics of mechanical offset, proper carry for movements, target transition, P.I.D. (Positive Identification) procedures, make-ready, pistol post-op procedures, pistol pre-op procedures, malfunctions, practical reloads, complex shooting tasks, and introduction to CQB pistol mechanics. It will be a very DYNAMIC course with lots of moving, kneeling, running, etc.
Non Negotiable Equipment Requirements-
350-400 rounds of ammunition (the more the merrier)
Semi-automatic Pistol (no revolvers, lever action, etc.)
3 magazines for your pistol
OWB Holster / IWB Holster (ABSOLUTELY NO SERPA, CROSSBODY, SHOULDER OR ANKLE HOLSTERS)
A sturdy shooter's belt (no floppy belts from your favorite clothing store)
Eye Protection
Hearing Protection (ear pros)
A way to carry magazines (mag holster, dump pouch, pockets, etc)
Light Source (WML and/or Handheld)
Active closed-toe footwear
Optional Equipment-

Knee Pads

Advanced Gun Fighter
Overview-
This course will put your pistol and carbine skills through its paces. This is a very fast paced course with lots of movement, shooting from different compromised positions and scenarios. This is a very physical program. We will start with a quick review of basic gun fighter principals and mechanics, pistol and carbine skills, along with a brief skills evaluation. This course will cover the topics of compromised shooting positions, target transitions, weapon system transition (pistol to rifle, rifle to pistol), decision making, use of cover, partner movement, team movement, and head to head shooting challenges. This is a very advanced course; this is a very limited space enrollment.

Low/No Light Gun Fighter
Overview-
If you know, you know! This course is an application based enrollment or by invite ONLY. Shooting under nods in low light/no light environment can get very tricky. We strive to have the safest training environment for our peers, and we need to vet enrollment to ensure our safety standards. This course covers movement under NODs, WML, and limited ambient light. We will also go over make pre-op and post-op procedures along with proper decision making under low light/no light circumstances. Night Vision is NOT a requirement for this course, BUT you MUST have a WML both on your rifle and your pistol. This course will also test your mental capacity to operate and make proper decision making safely. This is a overnight LOCKOUT event. It will begin at 10:30PM and go throughout the night until 3:30AM. There will be no breaks, and once you're inside you can not leave until the event is over. Emergency exits is allowed, however, re-entry will not be permitted.
